It is never too easy to find the right accessories to combine with a dress to create a perfect harmony between all the parts that then make up the outfit. Earrings, necklaces, bags, belts, are just some of the accessories that come to mind when it comes to completing an outfit, also because very often it is said that to complete an outfit you need to add accessories, which are those objects that add something personal within an outfit. But now let’s see how to create matches with the accessories that we find inside our jewelry box or inside our bag box, trying to understand, by exanimating individually each accessory, how we should wear them!
We have four types of jewellery for you to be considered: earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings. Without getting lost in chatter, let’s create a scheme and try to understand when to use and how to use each single jewel in question!
Whether or not to use necklaces depends absolutely on the neckline you are wearing with your dress. If the neckline is V-shaped, therefore deep, you can opt for a long necklace, otherwise, go for a choker.
Honestly, I don’t think there is much to say with earrings, you have full freedom of use for any model, the important thing is to match, in the case of coloured earrings, your dress with the earrings.
An outfit does not always require a bracelet, in fact with narrow sleeves I would avoid it, while I would wear it with wide or half sleeves!
Rings are very beautiful to look at the hands of a woman, especially the coloured ones and that match the colours of your dress!
Watches are a timeless accessory, and not even the arrival of smartwatches seems to have shifted their stability too much within the accessories market. The only thing I would pay attention to in this case is the strap: opt for some model with an interchangeable strap such as a Daniel Wellington one. Obviously the same goes for smartwatches, which, we have to admit, every year are becoming more and more beautiful!
Bag and Belt
The bag must go well with shoes: this is one of the oldest sayings regarding the fashion of shoes, but in reality, it is not always the case, and the fashions of recent years with increasingly pastel colours have shown that, for example, with a pair of white shoes, heels or boots you can use a coloured bag. And what about the belt? For the latter, on the other hand, you can try to be a little more libertine, even altering the initial style of the outfit with a different colour or a different fabric!
Never forget the hair accessories, which are so many and can greatly enhance the undecided style of an outfit. In fact, with the right hairstyle, a sexy outfit can become even sexier with the right clips or scrunchies, while a more elegant one can become even more elegant with the right hair band.
Scarf, Hats and Gloves
Here I have just one piece of advice for you: avoid three or two different colours for each of these accessories and focus on a single colour that is the basis of these accessories and that go to match the colour of your coat. Do not overdo the colours, in order to avoid the Christmas tourist effect in cold cities!
